Project Notes
Twofold Studio assisted Blight Rayner Architects on the refurbishment of 260 Queen Street Lobby, located in the 1970 Westpac Tower by Cook & Kerrison in association with Prangley & Crofts.
The existing entry was revitalised with classic finishes and lighting systems that offer a respectful nod to the predominant architecture. Reorganisation of the spatial planning allowed the facilitation of combined meeting waiting spaces, retail facing Queen Street and views to Post Office Square. An existing sculpture “Cities and Communities” now proudly features alongside a custom sculptured rug, built in seating, and considered loose furniture.
